What a yummy book – I love stir-fries but get so bored with what you can put in them and this gives me a million ideas. The recipes are well written and understandable by cooks of all levels and the photos make the food very appealing to myself and other lovers of food out there. What I love about the book is that it uses whole ingredients instead of pre-prepared and packaged foods. I do draw the line at making my own cheese, and canning tomatoes but the more "ingredients" you use the better. My one nephew says that I never have any food in my house, only ingredients --- that is why I cook so much. I also refuse to eat or cook with "chick'n" and its 88 ingredients vs. 🐔chicken🐔 having one!) As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I love emojis (outside of their incessant use by "🙏-ed Social Influencer Millennials/#BachelorNation survivors/etc. " on Instagram and Twitter... The author goes through all of the information that those new to stir-frying might need for success, including tools and how to care for them; stir-fry principles; history; regional differences in stir-fry ingredients; pantry, refrigerator, and freezer staples; and cook's tips for success I was given an opportunity, via the publisher, to read the Easy 30-Minute Stir-Fry Cookbook: 100 Asian Recipes for your Wok or Skillet. I voluntarily chose to review this cookbook and my opinion is freely given. The author goes through all of the information that those new to stir-frying might need for success, including tools and how to care for them; stir-fry principles; history; regional differences in stir-fry ingredients; pantry, refrigerator, and freezer staples; and cook's tips for success. The end of the cookbook has a great cooking time cheat sheet for common ingredients. The Easy 30-Minute Stir-Fry Cookbook: 100 Asian Recipes for your Wok or Skillet is inspirational and I recommend it to all readers who love Asian food.
