Delightful story about a girl looking for a pink pony. Her father takes her for riding lessons and the search begins! Many people say that there's no such thing but she is not discouraged. The illustrator makes Anna's personality come alive! At the end there is a section that gives simple information about horses and riding. Highly recommend!!! ~Disclaimer: I received a free paperback copy of this book. ~ I was a huge fan of horses growing up. I worked at a stable to help pay for my horseback riding lessons. So, I wanted to see if this book fit my feelings. I think this a cute story and a good introduction to horses for kids who are interested. The illustrations add to the story and show the imagination of Anna. Def worth reading to/with a young child.
