Another great issue by Tomasi, despite the inconsistent art. Also can we get a six-issue miniseries about the two soldiers please?

Great wrap-up to a great arc.
Cameron Howell –
This issue is pretty fun from start to finish. We get the return of Clarence and Hiroshi, who were my favorite part of this arc, a little throw down between Batman and Deadshot that I thought was solid, and the last few pages sets us up for the next arc.
