Rating 1.5 stars - DNF Not what I expected from this author. It is hard for me to call this a fantasy story. Man and his son move out west and build a home, the find gold. (view spoiler)[ The next day the son and one of the women track down the men and find there are 9 of them. As they try to head back and go get the sheriff and posse, the come across 4 more men and they have to kill them. Later that night the woman has sex with the son while she was supposed to be on guard duty. The next day the whole group goes to town to report the murder and it looks like the sheriff is in on it. He says now that his father died, someone else has a claim on his land. The son knows it is a trap and yet he goes and confronts the group anyway, by himself. He walks right into the trap. At this point I had to quit the book. This was supposed to be an erotic fantasy. There was almost nothing erotic about this story. Even the sex scene wasn't that good. It didn't help that I felt no connection between the two as of course they just met. There was no buildup, no longing. There was the boy worried about his father and the group of men and then some sex, followed by worried about his father and the group of men again. (hide spoiler)] Even though this was a short story, I didn't like the setup or where it was going, so I stopped reading.

I enjoyed this book. This book was very entertaining to read. The action was very fast paced with some good descriptions of the land around the MC'S homestead. The story is short but I wanted to keep reading. I enjoyed this book. This book was very entertaining to read. Mountain Stallion Earthy story of a father and son. Mail order bride and the baggage she comes with. Mix in two more women and told in the setting of the western mountains and it makes for a good story. The chase after those who want that gold was well written.

Not bad, a little short though I wished it would have been longer and more detailed but it wasn't bad, the "lemon" scenes were pretty good and so was the fighting. Kinda seems like it's the same world as one of his other series. I would be pretty cool of it was. Naughty delight This is a nice little western harem story. The MC is not overbearing or crude. The female characters are interesting and are developing well in the story.

Wild West shootouts Book was okay, will read the next in the series. Liked the old west pioneer type theme. A few editing errors but story was still readable.

This is not a porn short with Western flavor. It's a well written Western tale, with an adequate dose of healthy sex. Great plot points, taking the reader through a roller coaster adventure through California's Gold Rush era, set in the lush Sierra mountains. From claim rustlers, to a saloon shootout, this Mountain Man saga is an exciting action adventure, well worth this reader's time. This is not a porn short with Western flavor.
