   Exciting This was an exciting edition to this series. It was action-packed. There wasn’t much romance as Nic is being sent to the Vatican with Graham’s remains. Jon is up to his old tricks tormenting Amber. Jason and Amber team up to get answers from Lilly when Amber’s dad causes havoc at the prison. Alaster is up to his own shenanigans and Amber must make a decision to save him or send him back to hell.    Good read Well, so much for a good series. Can't find Book 8 anywhere. Amazon sure doesn't have it. But Book 7 was pretty exciting. Amber finally comes into her powers and kicks butt. She now has her own demon, but her boyfriend is imprisoned in the Vatican. She also gets collared, literally, by hateful Jon. No sex, loads of action, some humor, and loads of angst.    Good series in need of serious editing Compelling story line with strong characters. My biggest problem...sloppy editing. The entire series was rife with misspelled, misplaced or missing words. Nic's name was spelled Nick then Nic within pages of each other. I still recommend it on the strength of the narrative.    Great story but poor editing I enjoyed the series but the poor editing destroyed the momentum of the story. I was so tired of having to stop reading to correct the mistakes so I could understand what the author had meant to write.    Fast pace and so awesome I read this in one setting. Amber is one bad ass witch. She sees the good in everyone including a demon. I cant wait until the next installment and find out about Nick. Will he forgive her?

   Sooo flipp'n good! I love the shadow sorceress series. Amber is ever growing and learning new depths of her self. A Wicked Power has some twists and turns that you weren't prepared for.
