Doesn't make sense
Interesting ideas, but recipe yields, calorie counts and descriptions make no sense. Several examples: infused water recipe calls for 10c. Water, but the yield for the recipe is 3 1/2 cups. Calorie count for one portion of an infused water is more than the total calories to make the entire batch. Peanut chicken has no peanuts or nuts of any sort in the list of ingredients Doesn't make sense

it was ok... many of the recipes were not something that are useable for me as I cook for myself and my family. the book is also a bit dated as well. it was not up to date for what I had to do after my surgery. but it does offer a look into what to expect.
