   Pretty interesting start to the arc, but I have a hard time believing the story will wrap up in a satisfying way given it’s only three issues long and The Outsiders haven’t even formed yet, but I think they’re going to last more than just this three issue arc so maybe this isn’t supposed to be over and done with that quickly. Either way, this was a good issue but a lot of set up this only 4 stars.

   That filler issue before this one was godawful. Like, until I heard that it wasn't the new arc I was ready to cancel my sub. This issue opens up with an interesting idea. It isn't completely original, but interesting none-the-less. The tale unfolds in a fairly predictable manner and at a reasonably standard pace. And I appreciated all of that. But bringing Cassie in for the final pages piqued my interest. I'll never pass up a chance to read about Cassie. I'm too big of a fan of hers. That filler issue before this one was godawful.
