Even though it's written mainly from a buisiness perspective, if you are a manager intending to use Machine Learning you might end up with more questions than answers after finishing the book. If you are enthusiastic about machine learning, you will just find basic concepts and pointers to usefull resources. Not enough information for a coder who's intending to start a project.
