Some good recipes A brief overview of how an air dryer works and the advantages of using one. But as the book says multiple times, while it is a healthier alternative to deep frying, it still needs to be used in moderation. You still need to eat healthy meals most of the time. If course, like any cookbook, the main draw is the recipes. This one may not have a great abundance of them, it will be enough to get you started with your air dryer or to add a few new ones to your repertoire.
