This is a gorgeous book. It’s a work of art. Some of the recipes look great as is and some are great inspiration for ideas of what to make & eat. For me there is way too much coconut (in multiple forms, and even though health is frequently mentioned) and other foods I don’t like (such as vinegar, mustard, etc., but those can be even more easily tweaked.) I might borrow this again from the library because there are several dishes I’d like to try.
