Majority of vegetables are very high in 'natural' sugars and for someone truly wanting to 'detox' are NOT to be eaten until well into where a body has detoxed and then in moderation depending on what type it is. The 'diet' suggestions would put me in to hypoglycemia after a sugar rush before put me in to migraine. Try Atkins, it's why I know all this and why I know all 'this' {in the book} is not only a waste of time, it's wrong and in some places dangerously so.
