Great book for covering e basics Overall it was a great book. I loved that commands were used to show as examples as they were shown in detail. Various types of attacks were described and how they are carried out as well as how to defend against them.

Well written and practical Easy to read. Contains all the information needed to perform the hacks, including the coding. Good introductory book. Would recommend to a friend.

I didn't finish reading this book, nor will I. Some thing were interesting, but most is beyond my abilities. I guess I'll never be a hacker. I didn't finish reading this book, nor will I. Some thing were interesting, but most is beyond my abilities. I guess I'll never be a hacker.

I borrowed this book from the Kindle Lending Library before I decide whether to purchase it or not. It is a fairly small book hence the price. Also the title is exaggerated. This book does not make you an expert in 92 pages. It is Basic-Intermediate, with "intermediate" being a stretch but I had to be fair as the execution of the attacks requires someone who knows what wireless packet injection is and not blindly type the command. The book is ultra skimmed on the details and tries to cover many subjects by providing the bare minimum and the skinny on any attack (jumps quickly to command after a command rather than educate and explain concepts) hence why I still think it is too basic for a security person. It was fun to pick up but a drag to get through hence I took a full month to read 92 pages. To be fair on the author, this book is really for beginners and for £2 price they are in for an exposure to various areas and will have fun exploring them on their own from different resources. It is not meant as a bible but merely a demo and a kick-starter. I have now purchased a much more advanced and a deeper-dive book on the subject which came highly recommended by everyone.
