When Ash meets Grace, he knows there is something about her that he's attracted to but can't figure it out. Grace has moved around most of her life. She has a secret and it needs to be kept a secret. She moves in with her Aunt and cousin Gabe. She soon finds new friends and is starting to enjoy her normal life. Then she meets Ash. She can't figure out what it is about him but she is drawn to him. Everyone she meets tells her to stay away from him but she can't help herself. Even with everyone telling her he's evil, she sees the good in him. Again, I really enjoyed this story. I will try to keep reading this series as the idea of it fascinates me. Again, in this book there are some proofreading issues and I had to downgrade a star. :(

With the genre shifts that have taken place, I would label this as an introduction to New Adult. It has too much sexual overtones and underage drinking to be considered young adult even if the events take place in high school. I'm disappointed as it ended not full resolved and it seems the author has not written a sequel to any of her other books. Hoi, if one is written, I would be interested in checking it out. Wow, just WOW!!! This second book in "The Devil's Children" series was a roller coaster of emotional turmoil. Ash, Jacob and the rest of the gang, plus the girlfriends....And don't forget those who stay to the shadows! I just could not put this book down! Absolute complete and utter garbage. Poorly written, poorly edited, and a "story" that makes Twilight feel like Pride and Prejudice. DNF: I don't care about these characters, or this NaNoWriMo catastrophe. Absolute complete and utter garbage. A bad boy after my own heart.😍 My love for leather jackets and motorcycles hasn't been stronger. OMG Ash!💘 As intimidated as I was, and unsure of his intentions, there was a lot more to Ash than what I was expecting. Something good. Soft. Real. Hence falling in love with my Grace and Ash ship.✨ There's something extraordinary about Grace. Something beautiful. Remarkable. Supernatural. Which can be damaging if anyone were to find out her secret. When the inevitable happens, even though I expected it, it was still unexpected.🙀 You feel this sense of dread, worry and fear but you do get some answers. Thank god it didn't end on a cliffhanger. I don't think I could of handled it.😂 There's still a lot more of the story to be told and mythology to be addressed. This is officially my favorite book so far.📚

Its okay I liked the book when it first started but it quickly got sort of boring. Once they admit their feelings for each other it gets annoying as they say the same things over and over. This book would be better with more action.

The Devil The characters are fantastic and the book is well written. The main characters faced with situations that are not normal for most, handle them with anger and fear, until Grace and Ash join hands and work to change this.

Intense What a surprisingly great story. From beginning to end I was held captive and intrigued. The characters are well described and thought out to compliment each other and I am anxious to read the follow-up.

She has spent most of her life with guardians, but she has been given an opportunity to live with her aunt and cousin and go to school. Falcondell is like many high schools with the different cliques. There are the athletes, the cool kids, and the invisibles. For Grace handing with the invisible crowd seems safe; however, Ash the leader of the cool group and number one bad boy, has his eyes set on Grace. This whirlwind attraction turns the social groups upside down and makes it harder for Grace to stay hidden. S J Crabb does a terrific job making her characters come alive. I was pulled in by both Ash’s and Grace’s secrets. The ending stops with just enough of a cliffhanger to make the readers want more. I think the situations the characters find themselves in outside of the huge secrets are situations a lot of high school students face. For example trying to find where they fit in, social situations, and sexual expectations and frustrations. I look forward to reading the next installment.

Tangling with the devils son !!!! Ash the devils son rules falcondell high with his band of bikers and Grace is this ethereal beautiful being who needs to stay hidden, we follow them on there journey through the trials and tribulations of high school which isn't easy for normal high schoolers never mind demons and angels. 3.5 rating from me I just felt it lacked the something special that makes PNR books exciting if it had that element added in I would have definitely given it I higher rating. Ash the bad boy, not as bad. Well I must say I was a bit disappointed, it started pretty good but I got the feeling that there was not much development within the characters it just went on an on that Grace and Ash meet in secret later on it changed because of Graces guardians that Ash got the ok to meet with Grace openly as well to protect her. Afterwards it just went on kissing and meet up with the pack within Ash. Sure there was a bit development but for my taste not enough. The storyline coul Ash the bad boy, not as bad.
