    Listened to while cycling. The book was convincing, using several audio techniques beyond the narrator's voice, such as excerpts of live conferences, and acted dialogues.     Unlike other audiobooks, this book is narrated very enthusiastically making it a joy to listen to. Personally this had much good advice too but it doesn't go into much depth so if you know alot about influence already it might not be very useful.     I liked Cialdini's classic Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion; this is a bit more of the same (apparently from some lecture); but I'd recommend the linked book instead.     I listened to this audio book, and found it very inspiring. It is a very nice book for salesmen, marketers, public speakers, and anyone seeking to influence others and gain them on their sides. It lists six ways to influence others, then details each way with example conversations that could happen in different situations. Now, i am even more excited to read the other book; Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion
