    This is a spiral bound book with step by step illustrations on how to make a free motion running stitch to create a design. Its major addition to the many free motion books out there is applying the stitches to common quilt blocks. As an instructor in free motion stitching, the common question I get is, "But I don't know how to quilt this block" or, "I'm tired of doing stippling."
