I've never read the first Wonder Woman before. It's interesting. At once a revolution and a sterotype. Not to mention, there is a character that is bit too Fagin. Still, it was interesting to read this. Strange too how her costume was more modest. I've never read the first Wonder Woman before. It's interesting. At once a revolution and a sterotype. Getting ready for the Wonder Woman movie so I finally decided to read this free comic I found on Comixology. This was alright. Exactly what you would expect from a 1940s comic about a woman. They actually referred to her as an "Amazon maiden" at one point. I'm just glad I only read one issue. And apparently she can run like 80 mph in heels in this. Whatever, you know? Part 2 of the first appearance of Wonder Woman. It is decent, but it comes off a little incomplete obviously because it is continuing a story...in the middle of the action. Also given that this is a first time writer creating the first superheroine, thins are a bit clunky. Of course, this whole story is collected together (somewhat) in Wonder Woman #1 of 1942...which has its own flaws, but at least a more fleshed out origin story.

People's reaction to Wonder Woman's attire was cringeworthy. Also pretty wack that Wonder Woman takes money from a thief and then uses it to bribe a woman who looks exactly like her and is also named Diana to let her take her place. Contrived coincidences, but also kinda funny because of that? People's reaction to Wonder Woman's attire was cringeworthy. Rewind of Wonder Woman Original introduction Nostalgic reprint of the Introduction of Wonder Woman. It is still an enjoyable comic. This is refreshing return to a more innocent time.

Really rough. A little nonsensical. There's a certain charm there, although the whole thing is thrown off by Wonder Woman's infatuation with Steve Trevor. It feels like she should be more empowered because she's otherwise this unstoppable figure with many unrelated magic tricks. Really rough. A little nonsensical. Origin of Wonder Woman This early appearance of Wonder Woman is actually the plot of the recent Wonder Woman film. Who knew? Also, another free comic for Kindle.

A little bit hokey - normal considering its age - but it's still cool knowing this is back where it started. A little bit hokey - normal considering its age - but it's still cool knowing this is back where it started.

Classic Wonder Woman The times have changed for sure but it was enjoyable reading a classic story of Wonder Woman! Very good read!

Embarrassingly out-dated and laughably sexist Wonder Woman origin story.
