There are some tasty looking recipes. I liked how the book was broken into sections.

If you like hearty winter and fall dishes this is for you. Not your typical vegan mac n cheeze etc recipes which is good. Was missing some light summery dishes.

Some nice recipes and good learning about the nutritional properties of the main ingredients. A good book for beginner in plant based diet.

Recipes looked tasty, although they were a little too fancy for me to prepare.

Despite the less than exiting name, this is an excellent cook book for vegans, vegetarians or anyone trying to cut back on eating meat. There's also useful charts on what different protein sources are, what nutrients they have, along with a chart on beans and different milk alternatives.

The recipes didn't appeal to me - I found hardly any I wished to try. Some that might have appealed I already had recipes for from other cookbooks. The recipes didn't appeal to me - I found hardly any I wished to try. Some that might have appealed I already had recipes for from other cookbooks.
