Good introduction to the Avengers and to the members of the team. For first grade kids, with short and a bit repetitive sentences so they can learn the vocabulary more easily. Well made, beautiful illustration with great color. Very good!

My son isn’t reading yet, but he’s obsessed with Marvels The Avengers! This is also on ABC Mouse and he reads it on there by himself. I believe we’ll be reading this for a very long time.

Not formatted for kindle Hard to see the pictures and the words at the same time. Could be a good book if someone fixed it.

My 5-year-old saw this at the library and immediately announced that it was "the coolest" and he couldn't wait to read it. He's not reading independently yet so I read this to him. It's not my cup of tea, but for a kid that's interested in superheroes it's great. It has a basic description of each Avenger and their background and special power(s). I caught my son paging through this multiple times over the days we had it at home. My 2-year-old daughter was moderately interested in it as well, al My 5-year-old saw this at the library and immediately announced that it was "the coolest" and he couldn't wait to read it. My 2-year-old daughter was moderately interested in it as well, although not nearly to the extent that her brother was. ETA February 2019: I didn't realize 1.5 years ago that my son was going to have an ongoing obsession with these easy reader super hero books. He checked this one out recently and enjoyed it just as much as he did the first time around. At least he can read it on his own now!

Kindle viewing needs better look on iPhone for kids books but my son loved the book. My son loved the book but the formatting for kindle app on iPhone needs to improve. That’s maybe not a fair downgrade but it kind of ruined the feel of the story.

Another one of Riley's books. He loves all these superhero books and they are easy for him to read. Another one of Riley's books. He loves all these superhero books and they are easy for him to read.

Great as a Level 1 Reader. My son really enjoyed it. Super illustrations! We can do a lot with this.

Not formatted for kindle. Terrible read. Do not buy for kindle. Can't see pictures and text on same page. Lots of blank pages at the end. Not formatted for kindle. Terrible read. Do not buy for kindle. Can't see pictures and text on same page. Lots of blank pages at the end.

could some one explain why in the kindle version of this book - read through the Kindle Unlimited system ... all books are the size of my little pinky toe/finger?? seriously .. the text is extremely small as well? does that not seem odd? any one?? if that would be change ... i think i could and would change my rating to a star ...but if you can bearly see the text/illustration ... it is kind of pointless. u know??

Great Avengers Book! Exciting, fun, great vocabulary for level 1 readers. Great way to keep kids engaged to superhero stories or in this case introduction of the superhero abilities and the importance of working together as a team. Recommend for little adventurous boys or little superheroes.

Not good Pictures are way too small for a child to really appreciate it. It could have been my iPad but I doubt it. I deleted and downloaded the book again and the problem persisted.

Horrible animation for a children's book This book is a joke! I purchased this to read with my 5 yr old grandson & 99% of the drawings were smaller than a stamp which made it hard to keep his attention. It was okay...read to grandson...he might like it better in a year or so.

It is my favorite because I like The Avengers. My favorite part was when Ant-Man turned humungous. That's cool! It is my favorite because I like The Avengers. My favorite part was when Ant-Man turned humungous. That's cool!

The reason I have it a one year is because it is poorly formatted for the Kindle.
Jordan Ehrlich –
Weird zooming required to view very tiny pictures on most pages, strangely formatted and aligned text.
Bridgette Elston –
No storyline, just a simple intro into the characters which is what I was looking for.
Ashley –
Great independent read for Kinder to 1st graders.
Melissa Namba –
A strong Level 1 book that introduces the Avengers. No plot, just an introduction. It ends that each one is strong, but as a team they are stronger.
Sarah Baker –
Poor format on kindle Weird format to kindle on iPad. Some pics small, so wording small, not matched up in same page. Otherwise fine book for kids
Jenna –
I love doing this book with my older speech kids. It has a lot of good repetition and we discuss attributes and adjectives about each Avenger.
Reanne –
My son loved it.

I'm a little bit sad that my favorite, Captain Marvel, is not there. But it's okay because I learned a new superhero, Wasp. I didn't know her last time because I haven't seen her in the movies. Six superheroes in the Avengers and their strengths are introduced to beginning readers: Captain America, Ant-Man, Wasp, Hulk, Thor, and Iron Man. The text is extremely simple but young readers will love the graphics. I'm not sure how long this will last in my library, but I guarantee it will be well-loved. This easy reader is very basic however the vocabulary is hard because they are all superheroes. When reading the text it feels clunky and does not flow very well. I would say that this is a high interest book but could be better written but is does use repetition so that will help readers try to learn the vocabulary introduced. Recommended age 4-6 Reading Level 1st grade

There should be more readers like this ... which make my son want to read. Simple, stunning and so relevant to my son's likes. There should be more readers like this ... which make my son want to read. Simple, stunning and so relevant to my son's likes.
