This was my second Louis L'Amour book, partially read because my 88 year old Dad loves his books. I almost gave up on the first book, The Rider of Lost Creek. It didn't hold my attention nor was it exciting enough. But I persevered, which was good because I finally reached the second book, Trail to Peach Meadow Canyon. It was a very good story about an adopted son raised by his outlaw father to take over the gang. But one is in charge of their own destiny, counsels one of the gang. So there are decisions to make that will affect his whole life. Good story, good ending!
